After you're done uploading a picture, click on it so it's hightlighted, then you should see a tool bar that pops up somewhere (mine is usually on the very top) and it has different sizes to choose from. Small, medium, and large. I always choose large and it makes the pictures big enough to see but also small enough to fit nicely on the screen. Good luck!
