Austin really wanted a gun and a BMX bike. After opening his presents and noticing that there was no bike he humbly said "Well I guess I'll just ask Santa for a BMX bike next year." He just looked and sounded so mature when he said that, my heart melted. So, we cleaned up and then Brian asked him to get the vacuum out of the closet. He said "dad, there's stuff all over the place." We just told him to vacuum around everything. So he opened the closet........and.........
There it was. He was so excited and he said "I think I found something that's been hiding." It was so cute I literally just sat there and cried. To see my children happy makes me happy.
A little bit later I was upstairs and overheard Austin telling Brian that this Christmas was perfect and that he was happy! I started crying all over again!
