So, I am starting to believe Brian when he tells me that I AM HUGE! This picture was taken last Saturday while my mom was here. I am starting to swell up like a big balloon! I am 37 weeks now and 1/2 of me wants to meet my new little Axel and the other half is content to wait a little longer. I went to the Dr. today and I am dilated to a 3+ and he doesn't think that I'll make it through this weekend. I asked him if there was anything I could do to keep him in there a little longer and he laughed and said "nope."
I know most pregnant women wouldn't ask that, but with Ashlynn in a cast I am really nervous about having a newborn and her in a cast. She has to have a new cast put on because she is starting to put pressure on that leg and I cannot risk her breaking it any further because that would mean surgery. They are going to put a full leg cast on that she can't put pressure on, even if she tried. That is going to be harder on me but I think in the long run, it's best for her.
Last week I started using some cocoa butter on my belly that I have used throughout all of my pregnancies and I got this awful red, itchy, bumpy rash. It has finally cleared up and I am so glad because it was so annoying! I threw that old stuff away and I just keep wondering "What else could happen?" I had a close friend here tell me that she thought that Brian and I absolutely had the worst luck of anyone she knew. I believe her!
Alexa is having a shower for me tomorrow night and I am so excited. I will post pics friday!

OMG! I can't believe the Doc said you might go this weekend!!! I'm so excited!!!! I miss being pregnant. :(
You look so cute by the way!!!!
You look great! I think the camera makes you look bigger b/c I just saw you last night and you looked about the same as when you were 32 weeks. About the rash, I just had an awful one too on my stomach from when I had my c-section and it was so swollen, huge, itchy, and ugly! Anyway, I wil wait for news. I can't wait to see this little guy!
I was a bit sad for you when I saw you at church today. I've been thinking easy labor thoughts for you.
Heather
